It's Friday and it's Fabulous...Master Bathroom
Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 09:26PM
We apologize for the lack of posts this week...It's been so crazy...
We plan to continue the Design Mistakes That Lead To Disaster Series...The feed back on #1 was great..Click here if you missed it. Lot's more tips to share with you.
But today it's Friday and it's Fabulous...

All this Master bath needs is a beautiful fabric on the windows...well and maybe a little extra styling on the shelves where the towels are rolled. We always have to tweak a little.. Love the fabulous vanity and the candelabras are so unexpected.
Our good friend Sharon with Roses and Rust shared some really fabulous pics of this lovely home in Capetown. It's filled with fabulous details. The kitchen island is really beautiful. You need to see the entire post. Click here for a real treat.
Speaking of good friends...Monika with Splendid Willow just added some really unique and wonderful Swedish finds to her online shop.

This is just a tease...
She has the best taste and is filling her shop with things you absolutely cannot find anywhere else. You need to click here...she has something really special planned for today.
We hope you all have a fabulous weekend.
It's your turn. Let's talk!

What a beautiful, unique bath...I love how they outlined the windows in the same mossy green as that beautiful sink area! I'm off to look at the rest of the house in Cape Town! I love that city...such breathtaking beauty and style, not to mention history! Have a wonderful weekend...:) Barbara
I always love a free standing bath tub. They make such a wonderful focal point in a bathroom.
This is so lovely.
Have a wonderful weekend!

gorgeous bath...and yes..some window treatments
would be nice for vertical emphasis and to soften the
lines of the windows..and add a little softness
by way of fabric...
very lovely..
have a great weekend,
maureen
Simple and beautiful - I agree about the curtains; the lack of them would make me feel very exposed soaking in that tub! May try to sneak a long, luxurious bath in this weekend.

Wow, I love this bathroom. I would love to see beautiful, long silk curtains in this bathroom. I am heading over to the other rooms.
Have a great weekend, Mona.

I'm in love with that tub. I can't imagine having a bath area so big! Love the vanity and I agree with something on the windows. Did I hear you right? Splendid Willow's shop having some Swedish finds. I'm gonna head over there to check it out.
Wishing you and your family a lovely weekend.

Hi Mona. Thanks for the mention. I agree about the styling in the bathroom. I also loved the kitchen island, but it could also have done with some styling, instead of the lone kettle! Have a wonderful weekend, hopefully with some good summer weather. x Sharon
I just love Monika and was
pleased to see that she is expanding
her store front : ) !! I'm behind on
my blogging, too, since I've been
out of town. Home on Sunday and
then it's catch up time. Hope you
had a fabulous week!!
xx Suzanne
We love the look of a free standing bath tub. Looks like you would need a lot of space to pull this off. Such a beautiful bathroom. Love Monika's new items! Hope you guys have a beautiful weekend.
