Decking The Halls...

Just about finished with my holiday decorating...

We're using more fresh greens this year, so I've still got a few places to add another touch...

It's hard for me to do exactly the same thing every year...I pull out the old decorations, so things are basically the same with an added twist...

Last year pheasants adorned our family room mantel...

This year I opted for fresh greens with just a few pomegranates and fresh arrangements in confit pots...

I changed the mantel in the living room up a bit as well...last year it was  candles and tassels...this year fresh greens with pears...

I really love the way that the fresh garland drapes over the mantel...

My tree is pretty much the same...

Changed things a bit in the kitchen and casual dining area too...

Last year didn't do much on the table...

This year...

Just hung this grape pickers barrell...it's perfect in this spot...We have two left for sale...

These angels have remained in storage the last few years...

We've dubbed vintage and antique candlesticks the new thing to collect and we have some fabulous 19th century ones in our shop...

Can you believe that Home Depot sold 6" Poinsettias for 99 cents on Black Friday?

The front entrance is still a work in progress...

We've hung the garlands around the doors...

But I'm still working on the pots...

I wanted to do fresh arrangements, but have decided to start with my old artificial trees and I'm going to add fresh cuttings and berries...

This is my inspiration...
