Pork Roast with Cranberries and Brown Sugar

Buttered Noodles with Fresh Herbs

Sauteed Peppers, Asparagus and Onions

Yum!!

A crock pot recipe...Yeah!

I normally use a Pork Loin for this recipe but I had a couple of Pork Tenderloins, so I threw them in the pot instead.  Add a little chicken broth for the liquid and generously season the meat with Cavenders Seasoning (or the seasonings of your choice) and lots of black pepper.  Then cover the roast with brown sugar and dried cranberries.  Cook on high for at least 4 hours or on low all day.

The meat just pulls apart and is so flavorful.

 

We loved sauteed veggies and these are so pretty...Onion, red and yellow peppers, and asparagus.  You can add anything else you prefer.  Season and add olive oil...

So pretty...and we like ours crunchy...You can cook till soft as you like.

Not many meals in our house without pasta or potatoes...These buttered noodles are simple and delicious.  Again just generously season and the chopped fresh chives make these really good, along with lots of black pepper.

I love to throw together no particular recipe kind of meals...Just good old comfort food that you season to your particular taste...This is one of those kind of meals...
